PACKAGE RETURNED TO US

​If a purchased item is mailed to shipping address and for whatever reason is returned to us, you will have the option to either pay for redelivery of the item(s) or pay a restocking fee of 50% of the item's cost plus cost of shipping . Therefore, it is in your best interest to ensure you truly want the item, the delivery address is correct, and someone is able to sign for the package upon delivery (or picks up from UPS or USPS in a timely manner before the item is returned to sender).

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an incorrect or unclear delivery address is provided, and we contact you for clarification,  please respond within 7 calendar days. If no response is provided,  the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded MINUS the transaction fee.
