Please note that a majority of the items sold on this site are at least 5 years old. Especially those that were originally released by the design house 10+ years ago may require additional cobbler work to suit your preferences in shoe quality and durability. With that said, please understand that many of the shoes may require a resole (removing the old bottom sole of the shoe and replacing it with a new sole) or replacement of the heel caps. It is very common for heel caps to require replacement as they can easily crumble and disintegrate once you walk around in them. We have observed this with (but not limited to) the following brands with styles from 8+ years ago: Giuseppe Zanotti, Manolo Blahnik, etc.

Additionally, in the case of wedge heels--especially those made with a cork or similar material--we have heard of cases where the wedge heel breaks while wearing due to rot. We cannot readily predict whether a shoe has rot or will break/deteriorate due to rot; therefore, please keep this in mind in your purchasing decisions as we will not issue refunds in such cases. Always be prepared to take to a professional shoe cobbler as all or almost all of the items on this site are NOT brand new/recent designer releases.

As we are not the original manufacturers of any of these shoes and in most cases do not source directly from the original manufacturers or shoe brand, we will not be held responsible if an item is unexpectedly damaged after your purchase. This is because this is the nature of purchasing preloved items (especially shoes) and we do not have the ability to escalate/remediate the issue with the original brand/manufacturer.
