Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Items will be shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase using USPS or UPS.  Typically, items are shipped within 1 business day unless there is a holiday or a time period period we cannot ship (such time periods will be indicated here). All shipments require a signature. If you miss the delivery, please monitor the tracking number as it will show you the address to where the package can be picked up.

Please note that once an item is shipped to the shipping courier, we do not control whether shipping delays occur.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Orders cannot be processed through the website at this time. Any international order placed on this website will be refunded as soon as possible.

If the delivery address is outside of the US, please contact fai.kola_archives on Instagram. The method of payment is PayPal. The only international orders we can fulfill at this time are those delivered to Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Additionally, we currently do not pay for international tariffs/duties that the customer may incur upon delivery of the order.
